Have you noticed how few vegetable juices there are?
Plain old carrot and tomato are getting a little tired, right? And what if you want a caesar but you're vegetarian, or can't have nightshades?
Fruit is yummy, but it brings fructose with it wherever it goes. Not ideal for many eating regimens. So, we turned its volume down so that veggies could sing the lead.
We press our own organic farm vegetables, adding just a bit of fruit and seasonings to keep sugar levels down. (Carrot juice is known to be low glycemic.)
Poplar Bluff never adds preservatives, water, filler, emulsifiers, or anything else. The result is big, bold flavour and natural energy. Try one in place of that extra cup of coffee and see how great you feel.
Finally, we’ve chosen a glass bottle for all the right reasons. Glass is always best for purity, taste, and shelf stability. No chemical leaching, no microplastics. Endlessly recyclable and reusable, it was the easiest decision we’ve ever made.
Cheers to your good health!

FAQ
1. What makes Poplar Bluff juices different?
- We're certified organic by Ecocert.
- We’re a veggie-forward juice line. That means we don't rely heavily on fruit which brings up calories and glycemic index.
- Our flavours are bold and dynamic, with real wow factor!
- We’re Alberta’s first juice line. Thank you for supporting Canada first!
- They contain NO artificial flavours, colours, additives, or preservatives.
- We don’t bottle in plastic. We avoid any chance of microplastics leeching into our juices.
2. How are your juices made?
- Our own farm-fresh organic vegetables are pressed and combined with the other ingredients you see on each nutrition label.
- Lime or lemon is used instead of preservatives to bring the pH to food-safe levels, naturally.
- Glass bottles require heat pasteurization; pressure pasteurization can only be done in plastic. See #1 above for why we’re in glass.
- The whole process, from pressing to labeling, is done in a CFIA Inspected on-farm facility.
3. How should I store the juice?
- For the best taste and freshness, store unopened juice away from heat and sunlight. It has a one-year shelf life from bottling date.
- Once opened, please refrigerate, like most organic products.
- You can pour juice into ice cubes trays and freeze, as well!
4. How long does the juice stay fresh after opening?
- We recommend refrigerating once open, and consuming within 3 days.
- If you’re more of a sipper, just freeze the rest of the juice into ice cubes. Ready for more when you are!
5. I'm using a GLP-1 medication, and I also do intermittent fasting. Can I drink these juices?
Your doctor can advise you, not us, but our customers have told us that:
- our juices help keep their nutrition up and their stomachs happy
- staying at 50 calories or less doesn't break the fast (about half a bottle of our juice)
